Session: International Quantum

This session will bring together international leaders to discuss how national and regional initiatives, public–private partnerships and cross-border collaboration can accelerate the development and commercialization of quantum technologies. Speakers will share their perspectives on building strong quantum ecosystems, connecting research with industry and translating public and private investment into lasting economic and societal impact.

• Eleni Diamanti is Research Director at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and Director of the Paris Centre for Quantum Computing/Technologies

• Daniel Moraes is Head of Emerging Technologies at Venturus, a Brazilian technology and innovation institute, where he leads initiatives in quantum computing and advanced technology development. His work focuses on quantum computing research, hardware simulation, and practical applications of quantum technologies.

• Brendan Karch is Deputy CEO and Head of Programs at Swissnex in Boston and New York, part of the global network connecting Swiss research, education, and innovation with the world. He leads Swissnex’s Project Quantum.
