Excelitas Technologies develops photonic technologies that help customers detect, measure and make use of light. Our capabilities span sensing, detection, illumination, optics and imaging, supporting equipment manufacturers and researchers across industrial, scientific, life science and semiconductor applications.

At QIDiS, our focus is on the photon detection technologies that support quantum communication, sensing and scientific instrumentation. Through our Advanced Industrial Sensing business, we offer single-photon counting modules (SPCMs), avalanche photodiodes and specialist photodetectors, including silicon and InGaAs technologies.

Our SPCMs support demanding low-light applications, from quantum communication and photon correlation measurements to fluorescence and spectroscopy. The portfolio includes the established SPCM-AQRH family and the SPCM-1064, designed for enhanced detection in the 905–1064 nm range.

We recognise that choosing a detector involves more than comparing specifications. Optical compatibility, timing, noise, physical integration and a dependable supply arrangement all influence whether a component is the right fit for a system. Our commercial and technical teams work together to help customers assess those requirements and identify a practical route from evaluation towards integration and production.
