R&D Project Leadership in Advanced Instrumentation

I bring 15+ years of experience in experimental physics and technology development, leading multidisciplinary R&D projects in advanced detector systems and scientific instrumentation.

My experience covers the full development lifecycle: defining technical needs, building and testing prototypes, coordinating hardware and electronics integration, planning validation activities, managing technical risks and interfaces, and supporting deployment and operation in complex international environments.

I have led cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers and technicians, coordinated collaborations across multiple institutes and countries, and worked closely with safety, infrastructure and technical experts to deliver complex systems under demanding operational constraints.

More recently, I have also been involved in early-stage innovation activities, including the development of novel detector concepts, industrial collaboration, external funding and technology-transfer-oriented work.

I am particularly interested in applying this experience to quantum-enabling technologies, advanced sensing, photonics and instrumentation where strong systems thinking, experimental validation and cross-disciplinary coordination are critical.
