ADS Engineering takes working prototypes to series-capable products. We review the existing design for manufacturability and assembly, rework critical parts, define tolerance chains, part and variant structure, bills of material and drawings, and select suitable manufacturing routes and suppliers. Test benches, assembly aids and acceptance procedures make the result reproducible instead of dependent on one person. We accompany the first small series and adjust the design where production requires it.
